THE SIX IRONS CREW IS A FERAL BAND OF ARTISTS, ATHLETES, AND BRAND STRATEGISTs COLLABORATING ON CAMPAIGNS THAT GIVE EMERGING BRANDS THE EDGE THEY NEED.
JOSH ALDRIDGE (Producer & Founder) has spent most of his career on the road. He’s worked as a contributing editor, an assistant director on both short and feature films, as well as a producer and cinematographer on commercials for the outdoor and security industries.
His work behind a camera includes projects for international humanitarian organizations, local startups, and major corporations. He’s worked with knitters and fishermen in Peru, surgeons in Zambia, and security specialists in the Dominican Republic. His travels span five continents and more than a decade of work in print and digital media.
Josh specializes in vérité filmmaking, photojournalism, and cinematic stereography.
DAN KRAUSS (Director of Photography) is the guy you want on set—not just for his ability to get the shot, but for making the whole process feel effortless. With over 15 years of experience, he captures high-energy, relatable imagery that sticks with the viewer. Whether he’s hanging off the side of El Capitan, chasing action from a camera car, or crafting the perfect light in the studio, Dan brings precision, adaptability, and a great time to every project.
Dan doesn’t just shoot adventure—he lives it. As a mountain biker, skier, and climber, he knows how to capture raw, real moments that feel alive. His in-depth knowledge of Utah’s wild places gives him an edge in finding the perfect location, whether it’s a remote backcountry spot or an urban scene.
On set, Dan keeps things light, collaborative, and fast-moving. He works hard but knows how to keep the crew laughing because the best work happens when everyone’s having fun. Growing up in Ohio, working in his dad’s cabinet shop, Dan learned the value of hard work and attention to detail. That same mindset shapes his approach to every production: meticulous in pre-production, adaptable in the face of challenges, and always focused on creating impactful work.

Xolani combines creative expertise, storytelling skills, empathy, and strategic thinking to forge brand identity and drive audience engagement across diverse channels. He brings a unique blend of artistic talent, marketing acumen, and community-focused leadership to every project he undertakes. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, hiking, and spending quality time with his family.
